Craft Essence W Cycling Shorts

The Craft Essence women's cycling shorts are perfect for your summer rides. The Lycra® Sport Energy fabric guarantees good compression and a high degree of elasticity, reducing muscle tremor and concentrating power for optimal comfort and control. The short is partially made of recycled polyamide for a reduced ecological footprint and increased durability.

The soft and elastic legs end with a double layer of fabric and with silicone prints to keep the Essence W short perfectly in place during cycling. As there are no bib straps, the short may eventually move down a bit at the waist though. With UPF50+ sun protection, the Essence short offers good protection against harmful UV rays. The icing on the cake is Craft's women-specific C3 Infinity seat pad, which makes the Essence W cycling short very comfortable on shorter bike rides.

The Craft C3 Infinity is considered to be Craft's entry-level chamois, and is suitable for shorter rides. Despite being an entry-level pad, it provides enough comfort to sit comfortably in the saddle. The chamois is seamless and laser cut so that there are no irritation points. The top cover is made of 4-way stretch material that moves perfectly with your cycling movements. To protect the seat as much as possible from shocks during cycling, this area is 12 mm thick, while the padding is 3 mm thick at the sides for a smooth transition to the edge. The hollow-fibre technology allows sweat to be wicked away efficiently to minimise irritation.
